From October 24–26, London turned into a builder’s playground as Encode Club hosted a three-day hackathon and conference merging AI + Web3.

Two tracks ran in parallel: deep-tech talks and a hackathon floor full of builders who didn’t sleep.

Our Principal Software Engineer Alejandro Lanaspa kicked things off showing how you can literally drag, drop, chat with AI, and deploy to your favorite chain.

Three Days of Pure Building Energy

Day 1: Builders arrived with laptops, coffee, and big ideas. Talks from industry leaders set the vision. AI and blockchain aren't just converging, they're already here.

Day 2: While conference speakers dove deep into cryptographic research and AI architecture, hackathon teams kept grinding. Some didn't sleep. (We respect it.)

Day 3: Final submissions rolled in. After 72 hours of building, debugging, and last-minute design tweaks, teams shipped apps that proved one thing: creativity beats technical gatekeeping every time.
